Shrinivasa.mmysuuru: Senior under the Kunwar Pramila officer from 3 Kar Girl Battalion, which created history by leading the National Cadet Corps (NCC) contingent in the Republican Day Parade in Delhi, said that his dream to participate in the Parade-R-Day.
“That’s my dream since my pre-university day,” he said.
“The first thought to appear in my mind after I was chosen to lead the contingent was that it was an honor for the country,” he told TI.
He is the first NCC cadet from Karnataka to achieve that achievement.
“My NCC teacher Vani Christopher sowed this dream when I joined the NCC,” he said.
He also remembers how his mentor is used to call him every day and ask for his health.
“Republic Day Camp is a life experience And I am grateful, “he said.” I want to be a combat pilot.
My dream is to join the Indian Air Force, “he said.
Pratap Singh Devki, his father, said Pramila is a symbol of the empowerment of a daughter.
“In our native district in Rajasthan, people do not consider it important to educate girls.
Their education is limited after grade 10,” he told the former cadet toi, which is part of the NCC alumni association including Dr.

“We have more than 1.25 lakh students.
However, only 10 students are active in NCC while 18,000 students are active in NSS.
I think of attracting more students in the NCC and NSS to empower our youth,” he said.

“They will be part of the NCC camp also in the coming days.
For the first time, we have arranged this kind of event to involve the former cadet,” he said.
