Hyderabad: Congress has submitted a complaint with the Election Authority against Finance Minister T Harish Rao Campaign without stopping in the Huzurabad Assembly Constituency scheduled to go to the poll on October 30.
In a letter to the Head of the Shasshank election officer on Sunday, all India Deputy Chairperson of Congress Kisan M Kodanda Reddy said Harish Rao was a minister of cabinet who stopped campaigning in the Huzurabad constituency for more than a month.
