Hubballi: Keshwapur Police have arrested seven people and have confiscated 12 cars, bicycles and cash, all Rs 90.27 lakh values on Saturday.
The police have stated that the defendant used to recruit cars from various cities in the state and are used to make false documents and a vehicle hypothesis to people and subsequently.
“The registered case is related to theft of the car at the station.
When the team led by Inspector Jagadish Hanchinal caught four people accused of in case of Keshwapur, they visited Mangaluru and Bengaluru and arrested three others,” they added.
“Some more cars have not been restored from the defendant.
Police Commissioner Labhu Ram has appreciated the team involving PSI Baba M, Constable Gulesh HM, MD Kalwad, Vitthal Madar, Anand Jujar, HR Ramapur, F Nga, CK Lamani,” police said.
