PANAJI: On the day of the National President of BJP J P Nadda arrived in Goa, a twice party of MLA from Vasco, Carlos Almeida, resigned from the Assembly and also from the party on Tuesday, accusing him “systematically completing the Loyalist Manohar Parragar”.
