Kolkata: The government’s decision to reopen the main and top elementary school has come as aid to the school owner and carpool owner.
They now hope for the return of business after a two-year gap.
With more than 60% -70% of students traveling at Carpools who studied under class VIII, the owner said they were ready to follow the SOP to return to business.
Some of the leading schools that have a bus fleet have asked Guardian to report to this week’s school with a memo in advance paid two years ago to take advantage of service.
Some owners are not ready to jump to conclusions with sessions almost end in various CBSE and ICSE schools.
They saw this as an opportunity to “reach guardians, gather their feedback and prepare a pandemic challenge”.
“The first job for us is to win the belief that children will be safe to travel with us,” said Himadri Ganguly, Secretary General of the West Bengal contract owner and operator association (school bus wing).
Arupam Dutta, Vice President of the Welfare Association The owner of the Poolcar, said their first target was to get a vehicle ready – complete with all the necessary papers.
“There are certain consentors delayed.
After the agreement comes, we will ensure all members get their vehicle and ready even when we continue to contact the guardian,” he said.
