Kolkata: Some government schools have decided to hold counseling sessions for their students, which will appear for the Madhyamic exam this year, so they did not find problems to shift from online mode to offline.
On Sunday, the West Bengal government school teacher association organized counseling sessions in Sakhawat Memorial School.
Students from different schools such as Collegiate Bethune School and Collegiate Sanskrit School attend this session.
Many top schools have also decided to hold a Mock test to help students prepare for the exam scheduled next month.
Counseling sessions stay more about changes that occur because of online teaching in the past two years.
“This will be the biggest examination for students and they will take it directly after two years of online class.
This has been triggered among students some problems such as nervousness, carelessness, changes in sleep cycles, among others, the teachers try to overcome this problem with the students,” said Saugata Basu, Secretary General of the West Bengal Bengal School Teacher Association.
“All sessions are recorded and will now be shared with schools in the district for the benefit of their students,” Basu added.
Some schools have also decided to hold a Mock test for their students scheduled to sit for the Madhyamic exam.
“This will help students prepare correctly for the council.
They have studied and wrote an online exam for the past two years,” said the Principal of the Government School.
