Chandigarh: Deputy Minister of Punjab Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa said on Tuesday that after registration of FIR in drug cases, the state police would arrest the SHIROMAN AKALI DAL (SAD) MLA and former Minister of Cabinet Bikram Singh Majithia to investigate the case.
Randhawa, who also heads the department of the house, said that he did not believe in Vendetta’s politics or outside the law.
The police will investigate the case in accordance with the legal procedure set.
“It’s very embarrassing for party parties like Shiromani Akali Dal to get involved in drugs, liquor and mafia,” said Randhawa.
Deputy Minister further added that the former Chief Minister of Parkash Singh Badal had a sad command until 2007 and until then there had been no accusations against the sad mafia, medicines or liquor.
“When sad strength came to these people after 2007, they destroyed the Badal name.
Today I really respect Badal,” Randhawa said.
The Punjab High Court and Haryana have never stopped the state government from acting in drug cases based on the Stf Anti-Medicine report and the police will not go further than what the High Court allowed, said Randhawa.
Deputy Minister’s Head also said that he had ordered to examine the rules of the Indian police service behavior and would act against the ADGP State Investigation Bureau of SK Asthana if he was found guilty of secret communication leakage in connection with the investigation into investigations in the case of investigation.
