CAT 2021: Number of questions to be reduced throughout the part

Last year, Covid-19 has required certain changes in the format of the general acceptance test (cat), which will be continued this year.
The only change this year is a reduction in the number of questions throughout the part, which aims to help candidates with adequate time to complete the exam.
MP Ram Mohan, Convenor, Cat 2021, said, “Cat format changes last year was adjusted due to Covid-19 pandemic.
Because we witnessed the same pandemic problems this year too, the format of the CAT 2021 exam was mostly the same.”

He added that the cat committee did not accept complaints from the candidates while holding paint 2020 who followed a new format.
“However, given that even years ago, there might be time pressure for students to complete the exam because of the changes made, for paint 2021, we have reduced the number of questions in the three parts, including quantitative capabilities (QA), verbal ability and reading understanding (VARC ), and data interpretation and logical reasoning (DA), “said the organizer.
“We hope this will ensure that candidates get adequate time to complete the exam,” Mohan added.
The Indian Management Institute (IIM), Ahmedabad, is scheduled to conduct a public acceptance test (cat) 2021 in November.
Mohan said that paint 2021 was being carried out by considering health risk factors that had not completely disappeared.
“Changes made for paint 2020 will remain the same for paint 2021 as well.
This means that the test will last two hours instead of three traditional hours, and we will have three sessions on the same day,” said the faculty in the business policy area at IIM Ahmedabad.
This change will ensure that the cat is done in all its seriousness.
“All Covid-related norms, such as social distance will be followed in all exam centers.
The cat committee will do all efforts to ensure salvation for students and officials while conducting the exam,” said Mohan.
