Vadodara: A man married from a letter jumped to death from the second floor of a hotel in mejigunj in early morning.
The incident occurred after the police letter reached the hotel looking for his paramour who lived with him.
Mishra Sharad who has died and a married woman House Goti has lived in a hotel in Kuisjigunj for the past few days.
Goti had left her house in a letter on October 19 without telling anyone who followed her husband who filed a complaint of missing people.
Meanwhile, looking for Goti based on the location of his cellphone, the police from the letter reached Vadodara in Wee on Monday.
The hotel management at first did not allow the police to go to the partner’s room.
After help from the Safikis police sought, the police were allowed to get up to the top.
About 3.56 in the morning, when the police knocked on the couple’s door, the duo was afraid and not afraid of being humiliated, they decided to jump out of the window.
The police said that Mishra jumped out of the window and became unconscious after the fall.
When Goti also plans to jump out, the police waiting downstairs asks him not to jump and vice versa down by stairs.
The sources of the police said that the woman continued to shout to save Mishra, who lay fainted, and could jump too.
“We continue to tell him that we have called an ambulance and he should not jump, like that man, when he is pregnant,” said a police officer.
A female police officer was sent to the top and took Goti down after she opened the room.
Then, Mishra was taken to the SSG hospital where the doctor declared him to die before entering.
