Coimbatore: Startup – Aathmika Hospitality based in the city – launched the ‘fuel to door’ service on Tuesday.
This cellular fuel aims to serve the industry located within 30 km of the city limits.
Ramesh’s start-up marketing director said the cellular capacity of diesel bunk was 6,000 liters.
“START-P has been tied with Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) and will offer diesel with market prices.
This service will be useful for fleet operators and industrial units that use generators as a power backup option,” he said.
“If the request is less than 500 liters, the shipping costs can increase by distance.
However, if there are more buyers in certain areas, the cost will go down,” said Ramesh.
