Greater Noida: After the capital of Athens, two housing communities again in the Nida extension will get assistance from stress center funds to complete their projects.
More than 200 buyers tend to get from this urge.
Officials say three projects – the capital of Athens in Sector 1, Panchsheel Greens 2 in Sector 16 and Sikka Kaamya in Sector 10 – has been subject to total sanctions RS 549.
There are around 900 buyers in Athens, 1,300 in Panchsheel Greens 2 and 756 in Caamya.
Established in 2019 with a Dompet RS 20,000 Crore, a special window for medium-income housing (SWAMIH) funds is intended to help trapped projects finished and provide assistance to home buyers.
While Athena should have received a total RS 165 Crore from the government, Panchsheel Greens will get Rs 249 Crore and Caamya RS 135 Crore to complete the project.
Officials said the application of two projects was again – one by one the supercity and other group by Jatiya – was being considered for funds.
Athena received its second installment on Wednesday, seven months after getting the first in May this year.
“Many builders have submitted central funds.
Capital Athens is the first project in Greater Noida that has been approved by aid.
The second installment was released on Wednesday.

Only projects listed under the Rera can apply for funds.
After the application was created, a team from SBI Capital – which ultimately released funds – visited the project site and examined its feasibility.

Santosh Kumar, who is responsible for Builder cells in Gnida, said two developers – supercity and Jatiya – tended to get their funds immediately.
“Their process is ongoing.
There are around 2,500 flats in these projects, which is expected to be completed when the funds are approved,” Kumar said.
