Chandigarh MC Polling: Interesting Lot on October 19

Chandigarh: Lot Lottery for bookings in Ward for Women and Castle Candidates scheduled for upcoming city corporate elections will be held on October 19.

In a meeting on Wednesday, Srivastava discussed various problems related to the next city corporate election in Chandigarh scheduled for December 2021.

The schedule for completing a voting station has also been issued by the Commission so that the next election can be overwritten on time before December 31, the current expiration date of the corporate term.
16 wards for SC, candidates for women from a total of 35 wards, seven for SC candidates (including three female candidates SC) and 12 wards for women (nine for the general category and three for the SC category) will be reserved.
A total of 16 wards will be booked and 19 wards will open.
