PANAJI: Continuing to put pressure on Congress, TMC on Thursday said that the former Minister of Union and Senior Election Observer AICC P Chidambaram must be responsible if BJP lights up to win the assembly selection of 2022 and form a government in Goa.
National Secretary General of TMC and Lok Sabha MP Abhishek Banerjee defends Chidambaram’s claim that TMC has not done a “concrete offer” for the Alliance.
He said that the National Vice President of Pavan Varma met with Chidambaram on December 24 with “Alliance bid” though there was no agreement on TMC “by TMC.
With the selection of quickly approaching, TMC and Congress continued to bleed on the alliance.
Banerjee, who flew to Goa on Wednesday demanded the “Save Ego” Congress, put “the first public interest” and agreed to form an alliance.
“If the results of the cave selection support BJP, Chidambaram must come out in public and blame if he is very confident.
Congress misleads people in general,” he said.
TMC has formed an alliance with MGP while the congress hand in hand with GFP.
“Our proposal is the first time we have to gather.
We can discuss logistics later.
When you disagree to agree, when you are not ready to gather, then what we can do,” said Banerjee.
Chidambaram, who is responsible for the election strategy for Goa, claims that TMC has not offered a concrete alliance proposal, which Banerjee was accidentally confirmed.
He set aside the suggestion that the National Vice President Luizinho Faleiro was annoyed after being asked to compete from Fatorda.
“He was not annoyed.
I met him yesterday and he said nothing.
He fought against traitors in the head in Goa, Vijai Sardesai.
This traitor needs to be defeated and dismissed.”
