Vadodara: After more than a decade, University M will get a regular registrar.
University syndicate members on Tuesday clean up the appointment of Dr.
M Chudasama to the Registrar post.
Chudasama will take over as a regular registrant for a period of five years after the approval of the state government.
Chudasama, who works as a professor of associates in the Department of Economics at the Faculty of Art, has handled positions as a consideration of registrar since the last half of the year.
Eleven candidates have emerged for interviews for the five registrar post finally elected.
The top administration post lay empty for almost 12 years.
Registration post – is considered a guardian of every university – is the second most important administration post at the State University.
Before Chudasama, the post was handled responsibly by the former University Engineer N K Ojha and as officers about the special task (OSD) by the teacher including the Jaiswal Neer Professor and Professor Amit Dholakia.
