Vadodara: For the first time, an online survey of bird birds will be carried out in Vadodara to understand the habitat of bird species in the urban area of Zoology, Gujarat Ecology Society and Community Science Center (CSC) – has joined hands to carry out surveys with the help of citizens, especially students.
The Institute will circulate an online form that will be widely publicized through the social media platform and social media workshop.
“This form will contain a list of common birds with scientific names and photos of those who will provide easy access to identify nesting species.
This form will also include several observation points such as the type of nesting site – on the ground, bushes, trees, buildings or other sites , if the nest is made in natural habitat or artificial habitat like a nest box, the nest status is under construction or parents covering eggs or even maintaining young people.
