Aurangabad: Chairman of India Judge NV Ramana on Saturday said that he had urged the Minister of Law and Justice Kiren Rijju to take the proposed establishment of the National Justice Infrastructure Authority in the upcoming parliamentary session.
“I have sent a proposal for the establishment of the National Justice Infrastructure Authority to the Minister of Law and Justice.
I urge the Minister to accelerate the proposal to be taken in the upcoming parliamentary session,” Justice Ramana said during the inauguration.

Faith people on the justice are the greatest power of democracy.
The court ensures guarantees for constitutional rights to the court,” he added.
CJI stated, “good judicial infrastructure for the court has always been a reflection.
That’s because the mindset that the court operates from a dilapidated structure so it is difficult to carry out the function of justice.” Previously in September, Indian Chief Justice Nuthalapati Venkata Ramana said that the state justice system faced difficult challenges such as infrastructure that lacked, the shortcomings of administrative staff, and a large vacancy of Hakim and asserting that India needed a corporation of national judicial infrastructure.
While speaking at the villain ceremony held by the Indian Bar Board for his honor, Cji Ramana said he would present a very clear report that detailed how many court buildings, rooms and facilities for the Minister of Law Kiren Rijiju.
Meanwhile, Law Minister Kiren Rijiju said, “The judiciary is not only given full support but also they are given space for justice to be strong.
In democracy to make our democracy successful, strong justice is the most important”.
Rijiju added that the government had taken many decisions to provide support for infrastructure to the judiciary.
