Guwahati: The State Council exam XII Assam and XII will be held in March next year with all test participants fully vaccinated, said Education Minister Roman Puru on Thursday.
The command issued by the State Education Department stated that the student vaccination process in the age group 15 to 18 years, will be completed in the first week of March, 2022.
Pegu hopes that the council exam participants can be invested with both doses before their exam starts.
“Because the vaccination of children will begin on January 3, the exam participants will be able to get both doses before the exam starts,” said Pegu.
Covaxin will be given to them and the second shot will mature after 28 to 42 days.
He said that students from 10 to 15 schools will be vaccinated every day so vaccination was launched.
In smaller districts, vaccination will be carried out around 10 schools every day, while in larger districts, students 15 to 20 schools will be affixed.

Simultaneously, awareness campaigns will be launched to vaccinate the guardian with the two doses.
“The State Council exam is likely to start from mid-March and will conclude in the first week of April.
The necessary preparation has been completed,” said Pegu to the media.
Assam has set a target of vaccination around 18.25 lakh children.
However, the actual number can pass 20 lakh, including a floating population and dropout.
In a command issued by the State Education Department, the deputy commissioner (responsible for education) in each district will oversee the boost in coordination with the inspector of the schools of each district.
The school inspector has been directed to ensure that private school students and venture schools are closed during the trip.
“Schools must make arrangements for two rooms separately for girls and men for vaccinations.

It added that the school inspector will also collect a list of junior colleges, polytechnics and technical institutions in their respective districts and coordination with the heads of these institutions to make vaccination arrangements.
