Gorakhpur: The Chairman of the Yogi Adityanath Minister will reveal a 12.5-footed statue of Brahammleen Mahant Digvijaynath in a park called him in the Ramgarhtal area on Thursday.
Deputy Chairperson of GDA Prem Ranjan Singh said the preparation for the sculpture opening program was completed.
According to the District Administration, CM will visit Gorakhpur along with the Union Minister Dharmendra Pradha.
The Mayor of Sitaram Jaiswal examined the park and took the preparation supply on Tuesday late at night.
Mahant Digvijaynath Park is the only park in the city where the permanent stage is built in front of the statue.
The main minister will also inaugurate the Mahant Digvijaynath Memorial Gate in Ward Number 12 Janpriya Vihar.
On the wall behind the film Mahant Digvijayanth, a glimpse of his life described with the help of mural art, said Deputy Chairperson of GDA, Prem Ranjan Singh.
The entire garden is decorated with decorative lights and open gym being developed in the park.
The park will soon be opened for people, said an official.
