Bhubaneswar: Chairman of the Naveen Patnaik Minister on Wednesday said the country’s development and the welfare of the poor in the essence of all his government initiatives.
Laludressing 153 Young Odisha Civil Service Officer, which was appointed in various state government services, Naveen urged them to do hard work to change Odisha into number one country and to ensure that people reap the benefits of government initiatives.

He also urged young officers to carry out roles and responsibilities that came with civil service.
Including several government initiatives such as 5T and Mo Sarkar – feedback-based governance models, Naveen said these steps were directed to bring transformative changes in the governance mechanism.
“The government works dedication to providing services at the people’s doorstep,” added Naveen.

The Minister of Chief (5T) VK Pandian suggested young officers to maintain absolute transparency and to treat people professionally and with empathy .naveen also launched a digital life certificate mechanism for retirees, part of the 5T initiative.
Official sources say identification and life certificates can now be delivered by retirees using artificial intelligence-based video verification processes.
“It will be very helpful for retirees because they can submit their identification and certificate of life digitally, without visiting the government office only by using their cellphone.
Odisha is the first country to implement such digital services for retirees,” said Naveen.
This facility will also be available at MO Seva Kendras located in all states.
E-diary, where all the information contained in the government diary can be easily and easily accessed by residents using their cellphones, also launched.
