Vadodara: Court session on Thursday rejected the Hemant Guarantee application alias Raju Bhatt which was a co-accused of rape cases submitted by a law student in the city.
Bhatt has filed regular guarantees after another key accused of Ashok Jain was given a guarantee in November last year along with the lawyers of Kanji Mokariya.Bhatt who was responsible for the court that since Jain and Mokariya were given guarantees he must also be given one per parity law.
Also, it was debated that the 24-year-old girl filed a complaint after a one-month delay and Bhatt became false in this case.
SH Patel, who appeared for Bhatt, showed that the girl friend Alpesh Waghwani was a bootlegger who had 30 registered violations of it.
Patel also said that the girl said in her complaint that Jain and Bhatt jointly committed a violation but the investigation was revealed that there was no relationship between Jain and Bhatt.
He further said that the girl’s account revealed large amounts of transactions.
