Nagpur: City have witnessed a sudden decline at the minimum temperature of the day in the last three days.
After Covid-19, people are more alert about problems related to their health after each season changes.

Vaidya Swanand Joshi said that cold increases pain and respiratory problems.
“Abhyanga (medicinal oil massage) is the best for conditions such as joint pain, joint stiffness and strengthening healthy muscles,” he said.
Procedures such as Nasya (put 2-3 drops of ghee or oil in the nostrils) useful for people with dry nose, chronic cough, or even headaches because of cold wind exposure.
