New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Friday said that countries are obliged to collect data that can be measured in the inability of the representation for the scheduled caste (SCS) and Tribal employees (STS) scheduled for government work before implementing reservations for them in promotion.
The court refrained to refrain from realizing measuring the inability of representation for ordering in promotion and said that for the government received a call.
Next SC said that it could not put a new bench bench after the decision of the constitutional bench.
The top yesterday provides a broad parameter at ordering in promotions for SCS and STS employees.
This will determine the central validity and various state government policies for reservations in promotions in these parameters.
Meanwhile, the court said he would receive a call whether the office memorandum was issued by the center in 1997 for reservations in promotion apply or not.
The Delhi High Court has revuled in 2017 and since then there has been no reservation in promotion at Central Services.
The center had previously told the bench that it was a fact of life that even after about 75 years if the independence owned by SCS and STS have not been brought to the same reward level as the advanced class.
The APEX court has ordered its decision on October 26, 2021.
