Large Noida: Authority Yamuna Expressway has launched a commercial and industrial plot scheme.
Under the scheme, authority offers around 86 plots for offices, hotels, stores and kiosks in the commercial category in sector 17a, 18, 20, 22D and 32, and 74 plots in the industrial category in sectors 29, 32 and 33 of the Yeida area .
This plot is almost 4 km from the upcoming Noida International Airport.

The last date for submission of applications for industrial and commercial plot schemes respectively is December 31 and January 7, while allotment through e-auctions for both schemes will be held between January 15 and 17, officials said.
“There are 30 plots for kiosks and 56 plots for shops and offices under the commercial scheme.
We have not completed the details of the housing scheme, which will be launched on December 25,” said Arun VIR Singh, CEO Yeida.
“Under the industrial plot scheme, plots above 4,000 square meters will be given based on interviews.” Industrial sectors will have access to the East Peripheral Toll Road through Yamuna Expressway.
Meanwhile, the Great Noida Authority will accommodate many single built-up housing units 113 on December 17.
This housing unit is in the XU 1, 2 and 3 sectors and ranges from 120 to 200 square meters at Rs 58.99 Lakh and Rs 82.91 Lakh, respectively.
“While the slip draw will be drawn manually by school children in the middle of the Covid protocol, video recording will also be made for transparency,” said an official.
