Complaints have been submitted against Mahesh Manjrekar’s actors in court on January 27, for allegedly describing women and children in an unpleasant way in the Marathi film last released ‘Nay Varan Bhat Loncha Koncha’.
According to a report, an organization, Kshatriya Maratha Seva Sanstha submitted a complaint before the Bandra Metropolitan Magistrititan Court who was looking for actions against Mahesh Manjrekar filmmakers under Section 292 (obscene content etc.
sales), 295 (punishment due to obscene actions or words in public) , 34 (general intentions) of the IPC and indecent representation of the Law on Women.
While other complaints were submitted in Pocso (protection of children from sexual violations) of the Mumbai session court, seeking pine registration for other directors and makers.
The court has maintained the problem to hear on January 31.
Previously, Neelam Parwate from Bhartiya Stree Shakti had submitted a petition against the film trailer released on January 10.
Nagpur bench from the Bombay High Court will listen to the applicant next week.
Talking about this film, this film is an adaptation of the novel with the same name.
