Mangaluru: Gerard Tower Activist, who is also a member of the Mangalore Civic Group, has filed a complaint against seven parties for irresponsible, negligence, and violations of the rules of the city company regarding ongoing roads in Ward 34 and 38 of Mangaluru City Corporation (MCC).
In his complaint was put forward at the East Mangaluru police station, the tower stated that in two MCC wards, which included Bendor, Shivabagh, Kadri, and Bendorwell, the road had been excavated for months now, for various works.
“This is detrimental to public safety, and can cause health hazards for passengers, occupants, and school children,” he said.
