Cong accused the government to hide the death rate

Vadodara: The leader of the Senior Congress Bharathinh Solanki on Friday claimed that more than three lakh people died of Covid-19 in Gujarat.
Solanki accused the state government hiding data because it failed to provide the right medical facilities for the treatment of coronavirus.
“Government data said that 10,000 people died of Covid.
But the data provided under the right to information (RTI) and Harvard University showed that around three lakh had given up on Covid infection in Gujarat.
They have hidden real data,” Solanki said.
Further Congress leaders say that more than one lakh people have provided applications to the government seeking help, where 60,000 applications have been accepted.
He further accused that the state government not only failed to provide oxygen, bed and medicine to Covid patients, it also did not use PM funds correctly.
“Changing the chairman of the Minister will not help because BJP will lose the assembly poll this time.
People will bring the Congress Government,” Solanki added.
Indicates that his party will make Covid compensation for the problem of campaigns of polls, Solanki said that the family of those who died because Covid had to be given Rs 4 Lakh.
“We will involve such candidates who struggle to get RS 4 Lakh compensation for their families die of Covid.
If we have power in Gujarat, our first decision is to compensate the family of victims of Rs 4 Lakh,” Solanki said.
He also said that the Main Minister of Congress was ready to provide 25 percent of the shares if the center agreed to pay the remaining 75 percent for the amount of compensation.
Solanki said that Congress would target 125 seats in Gujarat.
When asked whether the Congress would determine the face of CM in Gujarat, he said that the party’s high command decision was.
“It is possible that the face of cm maybe or decision can be taken after the poll,” he added.
