Varanasi: Union Minister Thakur on Friday campaigned for Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate in the Varanasi district through placards near the Gate of the Sigra Stadium.
He also inaugurated the BJP War / Media Center for Election on Thursday.
Wrapped in reporters, he hit the Congress, said “they (Congress) talked about things like bikinis, hijab, CAA and Rafale, but they never talked about the welfare of the poor”.
But in Chief Rashtriya Lok Dal (RLD) Jayant Chaudhary , Thakur said that leap voting showed his thoughts about democracy.
