Mumbai: Police Local police were killed after a train ran over him at the Railway Station Sion on Tuesday.
Government Railway Police (GRP) will investigate whether it was an accident or suicide.
More Prasad, who died aged 43 years, formerly the Division of Traffic Bandra.
He was transferred from the traffic branch in October and should join the Santacruz police station.
But for personal reasons, he never reported for work at Santacruz.
Approximately at 11:10 am, he was crossing the tracks when the local bound csmt, beating Sion towards platform no.

No notes were found on him.
Police said it was unclear where he went even though there are some gaps entry / exit unauthorized use to access the commuter train station.
More is a resident of Naigaon in Dadar East.
Sources said she was not healthy and she is worried about her health.
The Dadar GRP has recorded a case of accidental death.
