Palanpur: A couple supposedly committed suicide since the 2 families and the area were contrary to their union.
The episode came to light on Friday morning after villagers watched their bodies dangling from a tree at the outskirts of Manekpur village about 18 kms from Deesa at Banaskantha, educated authorities sub Inspector BJ Chawda.
The deceased had been identified as Vaktaji Thakor (21) along with Asmita Thakor (18).
Vaktaji’s wife had abandoned him and he developed a connection with Asmita.
Despite being out of exactly the identical caste their own families and the village neighborhood compared the union since they were cousins, also a police officer informed.
Vaktaji utilized to make a living by practicing witchcraft.
