Thane: Kalyan and Dombivli twin cities in the Thane Maharashtra district reported 70 new Coronavirus cases on Tuesday.
In accordance with official data from Kalyan Dombivli Municipal Corporation (KDMC), one person surrendered to the infection in the last 24 hours.
Of the total Covid-19 cases, 18 people were tested positively in Kalyan East, 25 in Kalyan Barat, 17 in East Dombivli and five in West Dombivli.
Three people were tested positively in the Manda-Titwala zone, and two new cases appeared in the Mohane area.
37 patients have recovered from the virus, with that, the total number of recovery within the KDMC limit now reaches 1,39,187.
At present, there are 688 active cases in twin cities.
