Hyderabad: Telangana recorded 135 new Covid-19 cases and one death on Sunday.
The number of active cases in the country is at 3,950.
The total number of cases since the beginning of last year’s pandemic was 6,70,274 and the toll of death was at 3,947.
A total of 168 patients recovered on Sunday, taking the total number of patients recovered to 6.62,377.
Case Fatality Rate (CFR) stood at 0.58 percent while the recovery rate was at 98.81 percent now.
So far, 79.82 percent of the overall cases in this country have been asymptomatic while 20.1 percent have flumed.
On Sunday, 26,842 samples were tested for Coronavirus.
Telangana has now completed the sample testing of 2.73 crore and has reached 7.33 lakh testing samples per million populations.
The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) recorded 64 cases on Sunday, while Medchal Malkajgiri adjacent recorded 4 cases, Ranga Reddy recorded 11 and Sanga Reddy recorded 4 cases.
Outside the city of Hyderabad and its edges, Karimnagar with 9 new cases recorded the highest number of cases.
