Pune: The Pune Metropolitan Region recorded 460 new Covid-19 cases on Monday.
Pune City corporate limits did not report Covid-19 death on Monday.
Civil boundaries have reported zero death after a gap for more than a month.
As many as three Covid deaths were reported in the metropolitan area of Pune on Monday, each in the Pimpri Chinchwad area, rural and Cantonese.
Health officials said daily death had declined in this region for the past few days.
About 228 new patients were added to the PMC limit, 113 in Pimpri Chinchwad, while rural areas, councils and Cantonments recorded 119 new cases.
A total of 1,634 patients recovered in PMR.
From them, 920 came from the PMC limit, 404 from Pimpri Chinchwad and 310 from other regions.
A report released by Bhagwan Pawar District Health Officer stated that 12,332 samples were examined in the region on Monday.
The day’s front level dropped to 3.7%.
More than 6,000 tests are carried out within the PCMC limit.
PMC and rural areas each made 3.914 and 2,210 tests.
Meanwhile, the number of active cases continued to stay below 10,000.
About 8,414 patients were in isolation of houses in the region and 936 received hospital care.
