Mumbai: Continuing with a downward trend, Maharashtra daily, Covid-19 Tally fell to a lowest level of 47 days on Sunday, while Mumbai daily detection dropped down to 300, the lowest in the third wave.
The state added 3,502 cases, the lowest since December 28 (2,172); Death also fell 46% from 32 on Saturday to 17 on Sunday, the lowest in 34 days since January 10 when 8 deaths were reported.
Meanwhile, the pioneering level of testing in the city dipped below 1%, with 288 cases detected on Sundays.
While the tariff was 0.72% on Sunday, it was 0.88% the previous day.
Tally daily is the lowest since December 20 when 191 cases are detected.
Only one death recorded in the city.
At the beginning of the third wave at the end of December 2021, the daily testing level had risen to more than 25% on certain days.

“The trend decreases clearly throughout the state.
While the case will not come in vain, the daily calculation will reach a minimum in the next two weeks,” an official said.
