LONDON: The British restaurant reported the lowest number of visitors last week since the restrictions of Covid-19 subsided in May, amid a surge in the number of omicron variants from Coronavirus, data showed on Thursday.
The average number of visitors sitting in a week until December 13 is 102% of its level on the equivalent week of 2019, down 3 percentage points in the previous week, in accordance with the weekly data from the OpenTable published by the Office of the National Statistics.
