Pune: Recovery Covid-19 (261) continues to survive in front of new cases (210) in the Metropolitan Pune region on Tuesday.
The Pune City area added 100 new patients in the last 24 hours, while rural areas and Cantonese together reported 62 patients.
The day’s count in the Pimpri Chinchwad area was established in 48.
Among 261 recovery, rural areas and Cantonese together reported 118 disposal, while 90 patients were declared curved within the corporation limit of Municipal Pune and 53 in the Pimbri Chinchwad area.
Kaseload active in this area fell to 1,974 on Tuesday night.
A total of 1,317 patients were in isolation of houses in the region and the remaining 657 were being treated in various hospitals, data issued by Health Officers Bhagwan Pawar.
The sample testing in this area fell to 9,162 on Tuesday.
The PMC and rural areas tested each 3,200 samples, while testing within the PCMC limit fell to 2,498.
Two more patients gave up on the infection in the region on Tuesday, which included one death of each of the PMC and rural areas.
The area under the PCMC jurisdiction does not report any death because Covid for the second day in a row on Tuesday.
