Coimbatore: Based on media reports, the National Women’s Commission (NCW) has taken Suo Moto’s awareness for the incident where an officer of an Air Force Indian (IAF), who was raped by one of his colleagues at the Air Force Administration in the Red Field September 11, was made to undergo a two-finger test that was banned and annoyed to confirm rape.
The rape victim previously stated that the IAF doctor had made him alleviate raped trauma when they did a two-finger test to him.
NCW said it was disappointed with the change of events and strongly condemned the actions of the IAF doctor, who violated the command of the Supreme Court and the rights of the victim for privacy and dignity.
