Prasagraj: In the case of the alleged death of the Custodian of One Altaf, the High Court of Allahabad has directed the police supervisor (SP) Kasganj to submit a response to a response to the writing petition looking for the CBI probe and RS 1 Crore compensation in this issue.
Altaf, 22, has died in police custody at the Kotwali Police Station in KasGanj District on November 9, 2021.
According to the Petitioner, Altaf was called to be questioned by the Uttar Pradesh police and then found dead in Kotganj.
Hearing the writing petition submitted by one Chand Miyan, the father of the deceased, the division bench consisting of Justice Mahesh Chandra Tripathi and Justice Subhash Vidyarthididikan to register this new case on January 10 for the next hearing.
