Coimbatore: Customer Service Center Opened in the Western Zone of City Corporation on Friday to overcome the published faced by customers from the 24/7 water supply scheme applied by Suez India Private Limited.
People can approach the center at the Corporate Tax Collection Center in Mettupalayam Road at Puram Hospital between 9am and 17:00 from Monday to Saturday.
Such centers will be established in all five zones, officials said.
“Consumers can broadcast with leaks in pipes, poor water quality and insufficient water supply.
This center will also provide additional services.
Those who want new drinking water connections can approach the guidance center.
