Nagpur: Sex Workers in Jamuna Ganges Crying about the Diwali Season that will come into the dark, with the City Police Chief (CP) Amitesh Kumar published a new barrier order for customers in the red light area last week.
Kumar, who prepared for a round of intensive dialogue with sex workers this week, has stopped trading meat in the red light area on August 11.
The size was also praised by the Minister of State House Dilip Walse Patil during his visit last week.

“We don’t have a means of livelihood now.
I can’t buy new clothes for my children.
Forget Diwali, we don’t have tomorrow now,” said a sex worker, lamenting that his children waited at home for him to arrive with clothes new for them.
CP Kumar said the police had opened a single window system to accept applications from sex workers for rehabilitation, and made announcements for sex workers to advance and seek support, but no one advanced.
“We have cast our arms open to help sex workers from the beginning of this action, but none of them show interest in anything other than pursuing meat trade illegally, which is strange,” he said.
Kumar said new efforts would be made for intensive dialogue with sex workers.
“The police will catalyze the multi-agency efforts in Ganga Jamuna because they expand various types of assistance to sex workers.
We also aim to involve the District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) in the dialogue process,” CP said.
“We have now registered a violation after underage complaints, tells how he trades here and sells.
This type of illegal activity will not be tolerated,” the police said the top.
According to a sex worker, the police from the Jamuna Police Chowkie Ganga harassed several customers who deviate on track, looking for services.
“Sometimes we make a living from one or two customers who manage to contact us, but most of the time the police get rid of them, leaving us without anything on the end of the day,” said another sex worker.
A police officer from the Lakadganj police station said there was no question to allow customers in the Jamuna Ganga with the notification of applicable CP debt.
