New Delhi: The Women’s National Commission has welcomed SC orders to get rid of Bombay HC Nagpur Bench assessment held that skin-to-skin contact is needed for violations of sexual violence under the Pocso Law.
The Commission said they believed that the APEX court’s decision in this matter “will uphold legal and constitutional protection for women and children”.
