NEW DELHI: Wing Wing Wing (EOW) from Delhi police on Sunday said they had arrested three people because they sucked more than Rs 300 Crore, which they had taken as loans from banks to build hospitals.
Police identified the defendant as Yateesh Wahaal, Satish Kumar Narula (Director of Nayati Healthcare and Research NCR Pvt Ltd) and Rahul Singh Yadav, Ahluwalia construction owner.
They were arrested from Delhi, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh.
According to the police, they took a loan from the bank for the development of a Gurgaon Hospital, but the money was not used for this purpose and was misused by the defendant.
“The complainant is a shareholder in a company called OSL Healthcare Pvt Ltd,” a police officer said the company signed the MoU with a hospital to operate and manage IPD, OPD, Emergency and Diagnostic services.
Then, during the completion of Gurgaon Hospital, the company faces financial problems and the majority shareholders sell their shares (51%) to companies accused.
