New Delhi: Delhi on Saturday recorded zero death because Covid-19 and 40 new cases with a 0.07 percent participant level, according to data distributed by the City Health Department.
Only five deaths due to Coronavirus infection were reported last month on September 7, 16 and September 17, and two on September 28, according to official figures.
Four deaths from infection have been recorded so far this month in Delhi – on October 2, October 10, October 19 and October 22.
The toll of death from Coronavirus infection in Delhi stands at 25,091.
On Saturday, 40 cases were recorded at 0.07 percent participant, according to the latest health bulletin.
On Friday, 38 cases were recorded with a 0.07 percent participant, data said.
On Thursday, 22 cases were recorded at a 0.05 percent front minister.
The number of cumulative cases on Saturday reached 14,39,566.
More than 14.14 lakh patients have recovered from the virus.
A total of 61,152 tests – 44,836 RT-PCR tests and 16,316 test antigens are fast – done everyday past, said Bulletin.
On Monday, 15 cases were recorded at a 0.03 percent participant.
This is the lowest number of cases of everyday since March 28 last year when nine cases were recorded, he said.
The daily case count has dropped to 17 on September 13, without the death recorded, while the level of participants reached 0.04 percent, according to official figures.
