New Delhi: AAP National Convenor and Minister Delhi Arvind Kejriwal have expressed confidence that his party will form a government in Punjab while winning a good number of seats in Uttarakhand and Goa.
Uttar Pradesh, said Kejriwal, is a big country and is not easy for the contest.
AAP competes here for the first time.
This party is also in a poll in Manipur.
“If we go with our survey, then we feel confident to form a government in Punjab,” he said in an exclusive interview with Times Navbharat.
“In some places, we hope to perform well spectacularly while in other people we will try to make a breakthrough.
Sometimes, the journey is long, but to start the journey that someone needs to take the initial steps,” Kejriwal said, has formed a government in Delhi with external support when it made his debut.
Kejriwal said his government had done very well in Delhi in the past seven years by increasing school infrastructure and hospitals and providing free electricity.
This, he said, is only possible because the corruption and honest-free government provided AAP.
“This facility must be given to all countries.
So, one of the other parties can provide it or people from these countries will call us,” he said.
Accusing BJP and Congress pampered themselves in corruption, Kejriwal said the two parties did not have an agenda other than looting people.
“Let people decide whether they want a better hospital, school, electricity and the right water supply or not.
These parties do not have anything to offer except to carry out looting,” Kejriwal said.
Referring to Punjab, who will go to the election on February 20, Kejriwal said there was no development that occurred in the border state for decades and all the money entered into a politician.
“In the past 40-50 years, there are no new schools, hospitals, colleges, universities, pharmacies or roads built in Punjab.

Kejriwal also alleged that Modi had lied in parliament when he accused the AAP government to avoid the workers who lived in the JJ cluster to leave Delhi during locking.
