New Delhi: Delhi Court on Thursday orders at Plea Bail from Sharjeel Imam in a criminal conspiracy case related to Northeast Delhi violence in February 2020.
Additional session judges Amitabh Rawatat provided by defense arguments from the Public Prosecutor defense advocate.
Advocate Tanveer Ahmed Mir, advice for the priest, told the court that there was no endless or lasting conspiracy and posted his arrest in January 2020, the defendant did not have a role in violence broken in some parts of Delhi in Fabruary 2020.
He said, “We don’t Able to have a system where conspiracy becomes unlimited and is considered eternal.
” The Public Prosecutor told the court that the defendant was part of a greater conspiracy and that there was a lot of evidence to prove his involvement.
The priest was accused of being “mastermind” of 2020 Riot Delhi northeast, who had left 53 dead and more than 700 injuries.
