New Delhi: A retired 65-year-old retired person was killed against the offer of car piracy in Locality Rohini Northwest Delhi on Thursday night.
The police have arrested one accused while others are teenagers.
The police said both planned to steal a car for a joyride.

The victim was identified as Ramesh Chandra Rana, who retired from the government school and lived with his family in the Rohini 11 sector.

The man who was arrested was identified as Kapil Tiwari (27), a resident of Sector 11 in Rohini.
He was previously involved in criminal cases including vehicle theft.
The defendant was drunk at the time of crime, police said.
“He revealed that his aide, teenager, was also involved in car hijacking.
We found teenagers on Friday.
He was arrested in another case,” said an officer.
Officers added that teenagers will be interviewed after taking permission from the Justice Justice (JJ) board.
The police claimed that the defendant had turned on a campfire near the crime scene and sat inimart.
They saw the old man roaming the area.
“They watched the car and decided to steal it.
The victim was hung on one of the window panels and dragged for five to 10 meters before falling on the road,” the officer said.
One of the defendants told the police that they took a vehicle for the joyride.
One motorcycle also recovered from his ownership.
“His testimony is being verified,” the officer said.
