New Delhi: The Delhi Court imposed Rs 25,000 costs about prosecution, to be deducted from the alleged salary of an error officer, because the delay moved the application to separate complaints and conducted further investigations in the case of the Northeast Delhi riot.
Metropolitan Magistrate Head Arun Kumar Garg directed the country to pay a fine for all seven accused of the same proportion, while noting that the delay caused undue abuse to people accused, two of which were still in custody.
However, this problem was registered for responsible arguments, the demand for delays was carried out on behalf of the prosecution in the field that further investigation in this case was being carried out after the order was passed by the session court on September 10 on September 10.
The session court has directed that Akil Ahmad complaints separated from the remaining complaints in FIR as an incident related to the complaint was February 25, 2020.
During the trial in the presence of the Magistrate Court, despite the Special Prosecutor (SPP).
stated that Ahmad complaints were separated, a status report submitted by an investigative officer (IO) stated that all complaints were received in this case, except complaints of the original Faizan Khan complainance, the same as the same place, whereas, not mentioned the date and time of certain incidents At Khan’s shop and therefore the same thing has been separated.
When IO was directed at producing a diary book to show the investigation carried out by him after September order, it was submitted by him that there were no diaries such as those written in the current case after the session court order.
On the other hand, it was delivered by the SPP, appearing for the country, that additional chargesheets in connection with Khan complaints are almost ready and will be submitted within three days.
“Considering the inconsistency in the submission made on behalf of IO and SPP about the separation of investigations of Qua Complaints Akil Ahmad on the one hand and from Faizan Khan’s complainant on the other hand, it was clear that prosecution still did not make sure how it had to be a further investigation / prosecution in this case And the only goal to find permits for further investigation is to thwart further trial in this case, “the court observed.
The court directed the police commissioner to provide a detailed report on the steps taken by it to ensure investigations / prosecution of cases related to Riot Ne Delhi and their quick trial within seven days.
