Milwaukee: A passenger in a vehicle drawn for a violation of registration violations at Deputy Sheriff County Milwaukee when he escaped from the traffic stop on Wednesday morning, the authorities said.
The driver and a passenger escaped, but the first was arrested after chasing a short feet, Sheriff Earnell Lucas told a press conference.
Sheriff official said the man, who was responsible for shooting a 26-year-old representative, who seemed to commit suicide.
While looking for the area, law enforcement officers met a man squatting behind the vehicle, giving him some commands, then heard one shot and found the individual died from his own gunshot wound.
Sheriff official said the initial investigation showed that the man was responsible for shooting representatives.
The representative, who had been with the Sheriff Department for 18 months, received a bullet on both arms and his body, but the wounds were not believed to threaten the lives, Lucas said, added that he had responded as a reserve after the deputy stopped.
There were no officers who fired their weapons during trials, he said.
Other people found in the neighborhood were arrested after pursuit and short deputies trying to determine whether the person was involved in the shooting too, Lucas said.
The shooting pushed an emergency warning to a cellphone that tells people “take refuge in place” and to call 911 if needed.
The warning was appointed Wednesday morning.
Police from Milwaukee and West Allis helped in the search, said the Sheriff office on Twitter.
Two school areas turn to online learning Wednesday because of shootings and investigations.
