Varanasi: A 74-year-old patient from HTN’s bronchial asthma with Covid Positive died at Hindu Banaras University Hospital while 153 patients including three in hospital facilities and 150 in house isolation declared recovered in the Varanasi district on Thursday.
According to a daily medical bulletin, the district recorded a recovery rate of 92% and a positive rate of 2.46%.
Of the 4,269 105 test reports were tested positive for Covid-19.
In the Ballia district, five people were tested positive for Covid-19, while 25 patients were declared recovered on Thursday.
At present, there are 21 active Covid-19 cases in the Ballia district.
Junpur reported 26 new Covid-19 cases in Jaunpur District, where 47 patients were declared recovered on Thursday.
At present, Jaunpur has 175 active cases of Covid-19.in Chandauli, seven people including two men, four women and a child tested positive for Covid-19, while 13 patients were declared recovered on Thursday.
At present, there are 94 active cases in Covid-19.
