Pune: The district is currently ranked second in the state in managing the second dose of the Covid-19 vaccine with a target population of 54.16% getting a shot, stating the report of the Maharashtra Public Health Department.
Mumbai launched the current list with 66.06% of the beneficiaries of obtaining both doses.
The report stated that Mumbai had reached 100% of the first jab inoculation, while Pune included 95% of the target population with the first dose.
The report states that only 13 districts in this country have recorded 80% or more vaccinated for the first dose.
Of the 13 regencies, only four – Mumbai, Pune, Bhandara and Sindhudurg – have given the first dose of up to 90% of their target population.
