Austin: Biden Administration said Friday will change next to the US Supreme Court in its efforts to stop Texas’s law which has banned most of the abortion since September.
Moved by the Ministry of Justice came after the appeals court on Thursday night left in a legal place known as the Bill 8 Senate, which prohibits abortion after heart activity detected, usually around six weeks.

A spokesman for the Justice Department Anthony Coley said the federal government would ask the Supreme Court to reverse the decision.
